    after waiting 45 minutes to see dr. phan, waiting for the whiny receptionist to get back from her lunch break, then listening to her swear to me that she had called the insurance company three times and nobody sent over the info, yet while i was sitting in the chair it was sent over immediately. dr phan is a very sweet lady but i don't know if she knows what she's talking about. she didn't poke down into the crevices of my teeth like dentists usually do to check for cavities; she just looked at the xrays. tapped on my teeth with the poker (which can't be good for my teeth) and pronounced them fine. my whole visit, a routine cleaning, took TWO HOURS AND FORTY MINUTES. what a waste of my day off. and i was still charged with the exam. and i had to put up with lorraina, the receptionist. AVOID.
